Burger King Drive Thru — Restaurant in Cebu City

First thing I noticed when my sister & I went in was that the 2 guards at the entrance were just chatting & no one greeted us. When we were inside, there was only 1 counter crew. Although the crew was friendly, but service was a bit slow since he had to entertain the drive thru customer first.

We ordered the whopper meal. The fries were hot & fresh. Burger was good but it was a bit messy since the ketchup & pickles were basically out of the burger (not assembled well perhaps).

Female restroom was messy. Lots of tissue on the floor & on top of the toilet. Glass panels of the store are not cleaned well (white streaks visible), lobby area is tolerable and has good decor but floor could use a good sweep by...

Had an issue with the food I ordered. The drinks were wrong, they sent coke and not used tea and i cant drink pop, and no straws. The burgers were cold and disgusting, I refused to eat them as I was worried I would get sick. They were also missing onions, one tiny pickle, one tiny tomato, and really cold. I imagine they sat there a really long time. And I tried to contact foodpanda for some sort of action. While chatting I had to deal with 3 different people as they kept ending the chat while I was in the middle of asking a question. I would never eat at this Burger King again.
