Cebu's Original Lechon Belly — Restaurant in Cebu City

I’m just disappointed. I ordered thru food panda and the Lechon was cold. The skin was not crunchy. I think this was yesterday’s Lechon that’s was not sold. I also ask for soy sauce and didn’t gave me any. 😔☹️😞

Hello, I appreciate your reply to my review. I am also happy that your sales are overwhelming. I said, i think, I am not sure, maybe or maybe not but the lechon was cold and the skin was not crunchy. Great food, place is not instagram ready. We took lunch and sat in front of the electric fan to cool down. Almost no waiting time for lechon. Half of skin is crispy, half is not, but it's the salty and umami lechon I crave.

There is no gravy here but the typical Cebuano dip pf vinegar to cut through the oil and salt. Puso is smaller than other places, and the beef stew serving size was small from mu expectations but savory and beefy (not salty). It's nilagang baka Tagalog style, with only beef in the servings no vegetables.

I would never have discovered this hidden place had not a friend asked a favor to pick-up her ordered lechon belly! The place is not that big but to have a lechon anytime of the day is simply crazy! It may be 2 or 3 in the morning and you can have your juicy, meaty and tasty belly fix with pusô to go with it. Please make your place visible or whatever to make people realize you exists in this part of town. Have a beer bucket promo or half price happy-hour lechon maybe?...
