Food 4/5 - they have 2 types of fresh lumpia, chinese style and filipino style. for filipino style they dont have the original peanut sauce but instead they have a garlic sauce which fits well to cut the thick wrapper of their fresh lumpia. for their chinese style lumpia they add peanuts, shrimps and typical veggies in to a thin lumpia wrapper which is good for just 40pesos each. other food they serve ranges from binignit, soups, sweet and sours and all other typical karinderia food that youll see anywhere.
Service 3/5- typical carinderia style serving, its hot inside the place but there service still smile despite the long lines and hot ambiance of the place
athmosphere - 2/5 located in the middle of carbon market wet humid athmosphere, in front of an open canal with city waste observable before you enter. their CR is a typical carinderia cr (no water or not working toilet flush, dirty tiles and doors not working).
i will always still comeback to the place as they are the only food house thats worth to eat in the middle of busy market of carbon. a quitessential type of cebuano eatery that you will slowly love the more you eat and slowly hate the more you rely on their amenities. perfectly cheap thats why dont expect anything else good food (lack of vegan menu as they are chinese inspired).
overall experience 3/5, this rating will never go up but the cebu lumpia house will never bring you down...

Pros: within carbon market so you can stop here to eat after buying in the market. Food is really tasty. Place is clean. Make sure to order their chinese lumpia as this is their signature food. Their siopao is also abundant with fillings.
Cons: price is a bit higher than other carenderia. Not air conditioned and parking is...
