If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here based on all the positive reviews, but I honestly have no idea what those people were eating — because my experience was completely different. The food was incredibly disappointing. Portions were small for the price, and the quality just wasn’t there. The sushi was terrible — I ordered the unagi roll, and it tasted like it was made with low-quality eel. The eel sauce was watered down and had a weird, unpleasant taste. The okonomiyaki was a complete joke. It was tiny, bland, and far from authentic. You can see in the photo — that little circle is supposed to be 20 grams of pork, but there was maybe 1.5 grams at best. Basically, it was just shredded cabbage with a slice of cheese, an overwhelming amount of dried fish flakes, and hardly any pork at all. The only halfway decent item was the fried rice, but again — way too small for the price. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth it. I regret...

Second time at Sachi, different branch, same satisfaction! This time, we hit up the Ayala Cebu spot and ordered Noukou Kotteri, Tantanmen, Karaage, and Gyoza --- all solid choices. We stuck with water, but honestly, I recommend getting softdrinks to help push everything down after that ramen feast.

What I love about Sachi is their consistency—flavors hit just as good as my first time at their Casuntingan branch. But I did notice some differences: the meat slices here were smaller, and the gyoza was a bit wet compared to the other location. Nothing deal-breaking, though, because the ramen still slapped.

Overall, Sachi continues to deliver, and I’ll definitely be back. Ramen hunters, onto...

Had lunch here a few days ago and ordered the spicy ramen noodles, thinking if it was good, I would order more dishes.

The ramen wasn't bad, but it wasn't exactly good either. I've had much better ones for the same or cheaper price tag. And the soup was lukewarm, sadly. And it wasn't spicy, like at all. It was in fact, a little sweet....

However, the service was fantastic! And the waitress who took care of me was fabulous and she was very attentive. It was all the small things that she did that made her, in my opinion the only reason I didn't give this place a 2 or 1 star.

I doubt I'll ever come back here again as there are so many other restaurants in this...
