I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your branch in Cebu IT Park during my recent visit. I encountered several concerning issues with the service provided by the cashier, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
When I approached the cashier to place my order, I immediately noticed that they seemed distracted and unengaged. It took a long time for them to acknowledge me, and they appeared confused when processing my order. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the cashier seemed unfocused and inattentive.
To make matters worse, I witnessed a waiter treating another customer in an unprofessional manner. The customer, who was sitting outside, had been waiting for his order, but the cashier failed to notify him that it was ready. The waiter then approached him in a manner that was unprofessional and dismissive. This behavior was inappropriate and made the entire atmosphere feel uncomfortable.
As a regular customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those standards. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issue with the staff involved, particularly the night shift employee, Robelyn. Improving customer service—especially at the cashier point—will go a long way in ensuring a better experience for all customers.

Read moreI’ve always enjoyed dining at Orange Brutus, especially because of your veggie lumpia, which has been my favorite for a long time. However, during my recent visit, I was quite disappointed with the experience.
The lumpia seemed to have been cooked in oil that was too hot, which caused the wrapper to burn while the inside remained undercooked. I understand that the filling is usually half-cooked (since I also make lumpia at home), but because of the high heat, it didn’t come out evenly or perfectly cooked this time.
Another concern is the change in how the veggie lumpia is offered. It’s now considered a side dish, so rice has to be ordered separately. This makes the meal more expensive, especially since the rice alone costs almost half the price of the lumpia. Before, it was served with rice or had a no-rice option, which felt more balanced and affordable. In fact, I ended up paying more for this meal compared to the chicken meal, which already comes with rice and a drink.

The service staffs are all rude. The cashier was not friendly and was frowning all the time. She did not gave us any approximate wait time for the food. It took almost an hour for my sizzling burger steak to be served. The spaghetti took a little longer and when I asked if it's ready, the answer was " Taud-taud" pa daw and it's no longer acceptable coz it's almost an hour. I was frustrated already when I asked the staff, when they served the spaghetti to my sister it is not cooked properly. My sister went to the counter and told the cashier that it is not cooked properly and they did nothing, no apologies or explanation. We went out and promised to NEVER go back there.
