This used to be one my go-to places in IT Park and was a fav 4 years ago since it gives an average of 3Mbps of internet while you can sip your coffee with the good doughnuts. And I remember the barista who could actually make a proper cappuccino, which is rare in the Philippines. Four years later, this place has gone downhill. Doughnut still tastes as good but the place lacks maintenance. It seems their air-conditioning is constantly breaking down for many months now. You have to be contented with a fan and an open door in an attempt to cool the place. And their internet is non-existent. You can connect to the wi-fi alright but there is simply no internet. You would think they would improve on this area 4 years later. I would like to give 1 star because it is that frustrating but I remembered what I ordered: coffee with 2 glazed doughnuts for P100 - which is pretty good value. But Krispy Kreme should surely look at the management of this place as it is in danger of being eclipsed by...

The KK Coffee and Fraps are cheaper than that of Starbucks and Bo's yet the quality of the coffee remains. The doughnuts are pretty expensive but if you buy a dozen, the price of a piece lessens.
Tip #1. If you see the HOT led logo lighting up and you noticed the line is long... fall in line, because based on experience, thats when I usually get free doughnuts... Tip #2. Lastly, this establishment has an average (good for filipino standards) wifi speed of 5mbps and i think, only running at 2.4 Ghz... If you wish to download something, find...
Read moreVery unwelcoming cashier. They might as well enroll in a crash course for customer service. Horrible dining experience with the non-functional AC.
Donuts and coffee is ok.
EDIT: As a mechanical engineer, I would suggest they install air curtains to keep the warm air out ("keep the cool air in") — the compressors won't work harder than required. May or may not be the cause of AC failure. The air curtain would also help keep the insects and dusts out especially that they are in the food industry and also given the store's location where there is...
