Sachis quality really deteriorated over time.

Food: Aveage bowl of ramen costs 390php and taste is not that good. Noodles are instant noodles and not fresh. Broth taste if very ordinary for a price of 390. Best to shell out an extra 100 pesos and go to yushoken where quality matches with the price. Takoyaki is refried, not freshly made. Gyoza is okay, not the best. California maki also does not look freshly made. Couldve been prepacked. Beef teriyaki is also expensive for the amount and taste. You could get better tasting rice bowls at a cheaper price elsewhere. Take note that they have a lot of items in their menu and yet they only have 2 people in their kitchen. So it's safe to assume not everything is fresh. You can treat sachi as a japanese fast food and not a sit down resto.

Service: They ran out of service water when we were there. One of the cover of the water pitchers doesnt work well too so you cant use it. Theyd serve the maki without any sauce containers for soy sauce when it should automatically come with it. Tables are starting to chip since it's made of wood.

Atmosphere: They have an al fresco area on the 2nd floor and an air conditioned one on the first floor. Dogs are allowed inside. Parking can fit at least 8 cars.

Overall, it is still cheaper by a few pesos compared to other restos but that small money you save cannot justify...

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. (Other branches seems to be okay - but definitely not this one in Banilad)

Poor customer service - if there's an option to rate this 0, I'd probably rate it 0.

Food - doesn't taste the same way. Poorly prepared and almost all of the menu items were unavailable. The gyoza was only prepared when we made a follow up on our order.

Service - all the staff were on their phones, not paying attention to their customers. They all seem disinterested and don't even talk to the customers politely. I see no customer service at all.

If you're reading this, please don't bother coming here. Go find another ramen place. Cebu has a lot of other options - with great customer service. Just NOT here.

Maybe this is the reason why this establishment has been...

This place nearly killed it across the board. I'd give them 5 stars but the ambience although super cool, seemed a bit run down but that's not a complaint. It is was it is and I'd come back here anytime. The food was good, service was decent and the one server they had was very polite. Not much personality while inside. They serve food and that's about it. They were in stock with coke zero so that was nice. Lovely area in the back I wrapped a meeting up in and off we went. I have driven by this place for several years and finally went it. From the outside, it looks like an...

Love the ambience and overall experience. I can't say though that they serve the best ramen in town. I've had a lot to compare with and each ramen restaurant in Cebu varies in taste. The good: the pricing is better and value for money. The catch: this might taste different than Yushoken or Ikkousha, but the broth is still very good
