WORST RESTAURANT HERE IN CEBU! They canceled our orders without informing us for almost an hour. Just because they “THOUGHT” we canceled our food because we went out, to which we were only looking for a table since the waiter named “JIRO”, said that our drinks would follow up. Which we took as a sign to go out since he went back to their kitchen. Then, they won't let us have our food anymore when we tried to order again since it was already 10pm and we still haven't eaten our dinner. This server named “JIRO”, took our orders and wrote them on a a TISSUE PAPER. The server didn’t even bother to talk to us saying he was ”BUSY” in the kitchen and looked all guilty when we tried to confront him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. They didn’t even apologize nor give us complimentary drinks because of what happened. We were told when we arrived, that their available foods were those without rice since they had a huge amount of people that night so we ordered pasta and pizza only. No one was even accommodating to us, we had to call a specific waiter for them to notice that we would like to order food. STAFF...

You’ll regret coming here. waited for more than an hour for our food food is presentable but not tasty at all very few staff they charge 10% service fee but there’s no good service at all we were 13 and they let us seat in the “bar” table area and their staff kept on getting stuff in the cabinets under our table which bothers us every time, some of our friends needed to move their chairs so that the staff could get things one of our friends just stood up bec. the chairs provided/available for us are only 12 very bad service - we even looked for spoon and glass on our own because all the staff are busy kulang kulang ang food g serve we waited for 30-45 minutes just to get our bill and there were even mistakes sa bill init, daghan tao, walay control sa mga tao musulod. Our dining experience last night was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with a lack of guidance and a noticeable absence of service. We had to inquire about seating availability ourselves. Subsequently, we waited for the menu, which typically arrives promptly, but had to request it explicitly. The service remained notably inconsistent. We observed that foreign guests received immediate and attentive service, while we were largely ignored. A significant wait time of almost two hours ensued before our food arrived, only to find it cold. To add to the frustration, my order was incorrect, requiring a further delay while they rectified the issue. The quality of the food itself was underwhelming. The salmon was overcooked and had a burnt, bitter taste. Furthermore, the food plating was highly unappealing. It appeared quite aesthetically displeasing.
