Crabs & Ribs by Calle Burgos — Restaurant in Coron

Go somewhere else. We suspected the service would be slow, so when they finally came to take our order ( after waving them down after 15 minutes) we ordered everything. 3 bottles of water, 1 beer, an appetizer and 6 main courses.

After 15 minutes neither the water or beer had come. ( we had two young children and 4 adults). I went and asked them where they were. They came out fairly quickly. 3 bottles of water and the beer with no glasses for the water. After 10 minutes I went in and asked for glasses. A few minutes later they came out with 3 glasses. Remember there are 6 of us. 10 minites later they came out with 3 more.

20 to 30 minutes later the appetizer came out. Nachos. After another 30 minutes I went inside and asked about the main courses. Another 15 minutes they came out. One at a time. One was completely wrong and one never came. After another 15 minutes I went back inside and told them to cancel the last meal and to give me the cheque.

We were waiting about 1.5 hours for our food. Never an apology. This is the problem with them adding 10% tip automatically. They didn't not deserve it.

Don't go here. There are many options where the service is better. Oh. And what food we did...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry we couldn’t serve you the seafood you were looking for during your visit. Due to high demand earlier in the day, we unexpectedly ran out of stock and were unable to secure additional seafood from our suppliers in time. Fortunately, we were able to restock around 8 PM, so we were able to serve seafood to guests later in the evening.
