Salud By Get Real — Restaurant in Coron

Definitely the best restaurant in town! We initially hesitated because we are not so much a Mexican restaurant fan because we have had the opportunity to eat in Mexico but lo and behold. The Food is authentic, I felt like I went back to Mexico. The Tacos and the Pollo was to die for. The Salud alcohol drink was too good to be true. It was an amazing experience mostly because of the serve "IVY" she made us feel at home. It is obvious that she being well taken cared for by the owners. She felt so happy and proud to be working for the company as she provided us the background of how the business started. She loves to enjoy herself as well with customer while dancing to the music and keeping her visitors interested and gave an excited vibe to the place. You may want to consider promoting her. She really deserves it.

Hats off to this place. I thought Coron had the worst food in the Philippines but here is the place. Nothing short of the logo they created. Amazing! Will go back and eat...

Best food and cocktails I’ve had after 3 days in Coron by far! I’ve been pretty disappointed by both filipino and western food here despite doing a lot of research. Salud turned that all around for me!

Being from Los Angeles, I don’t even touch Mexican food outside the southwest US (or Mexico of course) because it’s an unreasonable standard. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with Salud — I’d eat here very regularly if this was at home! Had the ceviche and shrimp tacos — both were excellent but the shrimp tacos were particularly impressive. Love how they took their own twist packed with flavor.

I was also really impressed with the cocktails. Most cocktails in Coron have been wayyy too sweet / syrup-y for me. I had the Salud Real (a little sweet but very good; love their tequila blend) and Las Islas (10/10 — wow!). To top it off, the music is fire, vibes are great, and it’s by the far the FASTEST service I’ve seen in Palawan (without feeling rushed). Cheers to this...

We are here this evening after wandering through town to find the best place to eat. Just from the outside alone you can see how much has gone into making this place welcoming and warm, and the service and food only added to this. A great experience, with very attentive service and delicious Mexican food! I got the beef tacos 🌮 and my husband got the beef burrito 🌯 and we were both really impressed with how packed with flavour everything was. We also got some chips and dips to share which were also great (you get a selection of 10 dips with these so there's a lot of choice depending on your preferred spice level) - just a warning, this is a big serving, so make sure you're hungry if you order it as a side like we did.
