McDonald's - Coron — Restaurant in Coron

Very poor service, i ordered chicken thigh part @1933H through text and called up @1936H to confirm my order, to my surprised they send chicken wings at 2028H, so i made a call to complain and for the replacement, and the manager (AMBER) told me that their staff is a new one (huh) sounds funny but it was fine because she told me that she will personally do my order, and to my surprise again, it was chicken breast with chicken neck attached on it, i was really upset because of that..so i made a call again and that manager (Amber) insist that it was thigh part, still keep on arguing instead of asking an apology, she send again the delivery man to send the right one and atlast she got it right, and i ask the delivery man joshua to look for the wrong items that they sent to me, Joshua admitted that it was chicken wings and chicken breast with the chicken neck attached on it, i told joshua to inform their manager to call me upon receiving the wrong items..but no one did a call..it was @2133H when they send the right order, to that manager Amber, until now i received no call from you..how come you preferred to argue with your customers instead of asking an applogy?and how come that you dont know your product knowing that you are the manager there? I think something is wrong with you..actually, it happened not only once when they send different items from my order, but this incident was...

Amazing Mcdonalds Restaurant FOR FILIPINO STANDARDS located half a kilometre from our Hotel, after dinner hours were quiet and staff keene to help us. After a half an hour wait at the Seafood Restaurant across the road from Mcdonald's and we recieved no food at all from that restaurant all we could hope for was a short wait at Mcdonald's for our food. 2 minute wait after ordering and our 8 chicken dishes which we ordered were brought to our table by a nice worker and the serving quality a lot better than what you recieve during dinner rush hours, food was delicious. Menu options very little as no fries, nuggets, or burgers were available, but still four stars because we recieved food after a short wait compared to the Seafood Restaurant's 2 hour wait for no food!!! First few experiences at this Mcdonald's were inefficient, but this time our experience was amazing, approx 15 dishes our group ordered came within 10 minutes time. This Mcdonald's is Amazing when it is not the breakfast, lunch, or dinner rush hours. Would Reccomend this Mcdonald's at...
