Their drive thru policy is a mess. I don't know who recently made it but it's clearly anti-customer. It wasn't like this before...

Once we order, they will let us wait on a different area instead of the drive-thru window. Even if there are no other pending cars/motors behind you. Hello? This is a drive-thru not for pick up. Whoever manager suggested this clearly doesn't understand what drive thru is.

I asked the crew why they want us to wait on a different area instead of the drive thru window, the crew said because there is a CCTV counting how many minutes a car/motor waiting time is. And they will get penalized. So the loophole is they want the car/motor to be moved away from the CCTV! What a clever mind indeed! Iba talaga ang pinoy hahaha.

Now because of this policy, the service becomes subpar. They don't care about the quality anymore. They care about how not to be penalized by beating the time. Literally fast without even double checking the orders are correct! My order of triple chesse becomes double cheese burger! Another order, different day, my burger doesn't have a patty! Lastly, the chicken sauce was spilled over the box as it was not closed properly.

All of these because they want to prevent from being "penalized" by whoever told them to be just FAST and forget the rest!!!

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in the Philippines.

The floor was absolutely filthy, it’s unacceptable for a place serving food. The city sanitation team should really pay a visit, because this branch is clearly not following proper hygiene protocols.

I came here for breakfast expecting a clean, decent place to eat, but it was the total opposite. I approached the manager, who was chatting with two other staff members at one counter while all customers were lining up at just one open register. She acknowledged my concern but showed no sense of urgency, no immediate action, no direction to the team.

Everytime I dine in, almost all tables are not cleaned up. Staff are not as accommodating compared to other branches. All frowning like they don't want what they are doing. It seems there is a problem with how it is managed. One time, the kiosks were not working so we lined up when it was already our time the manager said we should use the kiosk so we followed and what's bad is the next group after us which were all boys were entertained at the cashier without being instructed to use the kiosk.
