Title: If you want an Italian style Pizza come here...
Kind and smiling staff Big portions Good presentation of the product Price, quality to quantity is good The room with the aircon has a rustical flair and very different to other Restaurants The Pizza was really yummy, the Pizza bread quality is like in Europe, they bake it in a stone oven. The ingredients on the Pizza had a good quality. The rice with chicken schnitzel was also very tasty.
o The desk looks very simple filipino style, you must pay like by Jollibee but the dining room is like an old Italian restaurant and the Pizza is really or maybe the best in Dumaguete City. This restaurant wastes a lot of potential.
During noon afternoon there is no music. If nobody speaks then it's really silent, very strange for Philippines. A light music sound would really give some more flair. In the evening I think maybe they play life music because there is an equipment.

Brick oven seems to suggest a higher quality pizza .... Not quite there as you can see by the rather blonde 12" margherita pizza (P320) with the "not fresh" basil, and the "I don't think that's mozzarella" cheese. The beef in the Beef banh mi (P160) was also bland, but at least I could add some hot sauce to it, and the coleslaw was good. Bottle of water (P15) made a low price of P470 for a snack / mini meal, which is good value.
We attended on a Monday evening, an hour from closing, but there were still other customers. The upstairs had aircon, but that was switched off. Not much parking, but that part of town is quiet, so street parking was fine. I might go again, but would rather visit other places first in my exploration of dining places in Dumaguete, this...

However, today we popped in at Dumaguete and didn’t order pizza. Took a chance. The garden salad with bacon bits was loaded and fantastic and came quick and first. Her seafood pasta was “excellent.” My roast chicken with some kind of great rice, gravy, mashed potatoes, soup, a brownie, bite, etc. was fantastic. We also got a Mac and Cheese, which was like dessert. Service was as friendly and attentive as you could want. 6 out of 5.
Whatever you do, never give them a tape measure. My delicious 12” pizzas are a good 18”. Shh. Upstairs is nice and cool, nice live singer/guitarist....
