Luca Restobar — Restaurant in General Luna

Worst food and service . There were 4 of us in our group . It took a longgg time for our food to arrived and when it arrived, it’s one order at a time . We have to wait 10-15 minutes or more for the other orders to arrived . My daughter ate hers first , after maybe 15 minutes mine arrived, then my mom’s food came after another 15 minutes . We had to eat at different times . My son’s pizza however didn’t arrived. The waiter kept on apologizing and telling us it will be served soon . After 2 hours or so of waiting , we asked our waiter again and he said , it’s almost ready . We waited for another 10 minutes. Finally we decided to just do a take out since we’re already bored waiting for his food . When we were at the cashier to pay for our food , I asked if my son’s order of pizza is already in the oven as promised . The cashier told us that it’s not yet in the oven . Oh my goodness, it’s the worst service ever . My shrimp scampi was served with 3 small frozen shrimp… I’m not kidding!!! The shrimp was still frozen… no taste whatsoever not even salt . The linguine was super dry … like there’s almost nothing on it even a hint of olive oil . I never had such a very disappointing restaurant experience. My mom’s pork chop was not even tender . It tasted like rubber . I hate to say this but after paying our bill , we have to look for another restaurant because we’re still hungry since we barely...

Sadly we did not have the experience we were wanting when eating here. The pizza was just bad. The dough was mushy, not crispy or flavoursome and burned in areas which tasted like ash. I had the cloud 9 pizza and I was very disappointed. It did not look at all like what was described on the menu. They were way more expensive than they deserved to be and had the price of a premium pizza despite being well below expectations.

We also had an issue being upstairs, that the music was being played very close to our table and it was really loud. We tried turning it down but it kept getting louder, it’s a restaurant, not a bar/club.
