CRACKIN' CRAB CEBU — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I went there with my parents and we order 2 of their noodle seafood, barbecue, 3 milk mango shakes, and their rice. So, what I observed was that, the servers seem like they don't know what to do because instead of giving us ahead of time the 3 wet wipes, crackers for the crabs, plastic hand gloves, they only given us when they saw my father using his bare hands to try to remove the meat from the hard-shelled crabs. And instead of 3 wet wipes they gave only 1. And regarding the cracker omg it should be a common sense that you guys should given us the cracker since you know we ordered a dish that composed of hard-shelled crabs but they only given us 1 cracker when my mom asked them if they have. They should have! And a lot of them were just standing there doing nothing. Or maybe also we are Filipinos who happened to afford that kind of restaurant that's why they treated us like that. Maybe if like foreigners from other country, maybe they will give a nicer treatment. I will never go back to that...

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and offered complimentary prawn crackers, which was such a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care.
