Greenwich Pizza Mactan Sto. Nino — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I just sent the concern to grabfood, but they can’t provide replacement since it was delivered.

I’m tired of writing same things since it’s posted and I can’t copy and paste.

Kitchen staffs should be alerted. The pre-cooked product just need it to be in microwave oven? Same as TGI fridays? And it’s freaking cold once I received. They can’t even press the button to be reheated.

If you don’t want to get food poisoning, think wisely...

Waited 30-40mins for my single order to be served. It has been awhile since I dined in at Greenwich and the serving is not giving. Slice of pizza was too small, chicken was small too—tastes okay but not great as it used to be. The cup of rice was like half cup of rice and the spaghetti wasn’t appetizing🥹 paid ₱219 for this overload meal but it doesn’t feel “overload” more like...

The service was slow bcs i had to wait like 30 mins for two orders (it’s called “fast food” chain for a reason 🤷‍♀️) and the “creamy spinach” lasagna tasted like a heated leftover food; it wasn’t creamy and saucy after all like what they claim. Aside from that, there were also no utensils added in my order.

Would probably purchase again but not...
