Lolo Pinoy Lechon de Cebu — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

They have the slowest personnels ever! Had to order a kilo as a pasalubong to Manila and we got only 20mins before the boarding time (connecting flight from San Vicente, Palawan to Manila thru Cebu). We politely told them to hurry up a bit since it already 10mins before our boarding time. And surprisingly, the manager in red shirt did not continue to chop the pork and just headed at the back to count some cash. I informed them again to hurry up since it's already boarding time, so the cashier helped me and then we realized that the chopped pork was just all there at the back sitting to be wrapped in a box. It was ready- the manager did not just wrap it and gave it to me. No sorry, no apologies, he just went to give it to me like nothing happened. I hope the owners would notice this. Bought a kilo of lechon at Mactan International Airport on April 24, for Singapore and I notice that it was pre packed already and I mention to the server to provide good quality meat as its for present. Then knowingly inside were a thick bone with some meat & 2-3 slices of belly fats with soft skin. I mean how to eat it. Its bad quality & quantity based on the price paid. I will not support this stall again and will tell more friends about it. You should sell good slices of meat as you are promoting it...

I could understand the frustration of people as there's just not much left by the time some customers dine in before their flight. However, given what was available on the time I went, it was rather fine. The lechon skin given to me was still crispy, meat was tender, plus I liked the dip given. For the price, it's a bit on the higher side and serving size could be improved. I'm not sure if I was just really hungry but I ended up eating some more at the Jollibee...
