We politely told them to hurry up a bit since it already 10mins before our boarding time. And surprisingly, the manager in red shirt did not continue to chop the pork and just headed at the back to count some cash. I informed them again to hurry up since it's already boarding time, so the cashier helped me and then we realized that the chopped pork was just all there at the back sitting to be wrapped in a box. However, given what was available on the time I went, it was rather fine. The lechon skin given to me was still crispy, meat was tender, plus I liked the dip given. For the price, it's a bit on the higher side and serving size could be improved. I'm not sure if I was just really hungry but I ended up eating some more at the Jollibee...
