Pacha De Mactan — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

I came here for 2 nights in a row. The first night, I sat down at an empty table (which only had 1 chair) and ordered a beer. Shortly after, I was told to move to a new table. I stayed for over 10 minutes and never received my beer. The next night, I came back. When I arrived, the band was playing "An English man in New York" and the band pointed to me, and everyone looked at me and made their comments. I am not an Englishman and I have never been to New York. But I was white and I guess that makes it OK. I ordered a beer, which was served warm, and went to the restroom (CR) and found myself locked in. There was no handle to get out of the restroom. After banging on the door for awhile, the door was finally opened by an employee who had an attitude. Apparently, it was unacceptable for me to bang on the door while I was trapped inside the restroom. This place sucks if you're not a rich Korean. They treat you like trash. And the band isn't...

I went for a beer by myself in what looked like a vibey pub across the market, where I had dinner. Wednesday evening, 8:30pm.

The place was pretty empty, 20-30% capacity at best. No live music. Empty tables everywhere but I am told I cannot sit there because they're for 4 people. Ok, I am left with one small table in the corner, away from everyone else.

I order a beer and I am told there is a minimum consumption charge equivalent of 3 beers. It's a Wednesday night, I work in the morning and didn't really care for 3 beers nor I saw the point given the place was empty.

I was not bothered about the money seen it's a small amount anyway, but I found the request absurd and I won't reward stupidity, so I left. Well, it's more accurate to say I was asked to leave unless..
