Went here to eat lunch on my last day before catching the bus back home and i am so glad i did. Ordered the bbq chicken combo meal which was around a little over 300 Php that time (i think i read somewhere that the prices change daily depending on availability of ingredients?) Anyway, the bbq chicken was more like half a chicken that was grilled. Idk why i was thinking of bbq chicken on sticks lol. It was tasty though. But the fries!! and the salad!! The fries were perfectly cooked and probably the best homemade fries i've ever tasted in my life 😭 Crispy on the outside and just the right softness inside + very well seasoned. The cucumber tomato side salad was also perfectly seasoned and crunchy and very fresh! I was the only one who ate there on a Tuesday afternoon so i would say the...

The food here was outstanding—among all the places we tried in Sagada, Vincent’s served the best.

One thing to consider is managing the crowd, as the small space and staff seem overwhelmed at times. A good problem to have, but something that could enhance the dining experience.

Now, the food! We ordered the Pinikpikan and Pigar. If I understood correctly, Pinikpikan is a local dish made with torched chicken, smoked pork (etag), and vegetables in a rich, smoky, and perfectly seasoned broth—hearty and comforting, especially after the long journey to Sagada. The Pigar, a stir-fried mix of beef, cabbage, and onions, paired well with a soy sauce dip. The flavors were so good we couldn’t resist an extra...

Went twice. Ordered once the barbecue chicken and once the buttered chicken. I wasn’t impressed with the bbc chicken but the buttered chicken was outstanding. My partner had a sisig for 180. Also very good.

Prices have gone up a little. Most meals are 250. The ones with fries are 300. Take into consideration. The ‘semi’ carinderias around the market charge 180 so maybe they still are a good deal.

The place is always full of repeat customers. At noon we recognised 3 different groups of customers whom we had seen eating at the same place the...

I wanted to try their pinikpikan dish here, sadly it was not available that day. We opted to order sinampalokang chicken and pork sisig. Both dish wowed us. The crispiness of their sisig and the sourness of their sinampalokan was the stand out. This two dish was honestly delicious and would recommend to anyone who will dine here. The prices of their food were affordable. ( Was hungry and busy eating i forgot to take a pic. HAHA! Here’s a reference photo of the bowl for sinampalokan :) )

Found this quaint place near our hotel on the highway and I must say that I was impressed by the food. Good, quality meal with very generous servings. We ordered the sisig which was okay but what surprised me was the lechon kawali which was cooked to perfection served which grean onions and bell peppers perfect to cut the fat of the pork. A must try for anyone visiting sagada.
