Chowking, please improve your food. My family and I all tasted it, and we agreed it was unpleasant. Gave this branch a few tries, they were not good.

Experiences:

Toilets were closed.

Even with almost no customers (3am), the order took some time. We had to follow-up for them to move. They seemed confused and probably forgot about our order.

The staff were mostly unfriendly with only a very few decent staff members

Their ordering system was inaccurate, we were forced to change an order that was paid via card on their checkout terminal with a similary-priced item because they didn't offer refunds... On an item that they let us order and pay even if it was unavailable.

These were different visits. Most of the time, the place was not clean.

June 24 2023 So bad! 11:15 pm no more noodles , halo halo and milkshake and softdrinks and many more product out of order, we tried many days many times but we end up disappointed and sad. Who ever owns this fastfood resto should do a surprise visit from 11pm to 2am! Service is too bad. Staff at this hour not smiling , not friendly, and seems tired already! Slow serving and everything is so bad. There was a time we end up waiting for super long time just for the milktea and we found out what taking so long its because they cant open the syrup can.
