Went to go drive thru take out expecting a fast and smooth transaction, but the service was horrible. During drive thru: The van in front took 10+mins to order and when we arrived to say why it took long they said “cashless po yung nag order” edi why did it take so long and why not move on instead. There were 4 cars waiting including us. The cashier should have just let the van driver move to the parking and ordered inside instead or find another restaurant to order from.
Paying: there was a kid outside waiting and begging making us feel bad. And when we ordered we ordered fast since the van infront took ages to order and pay. For context we quickly ordered mango pie, burger, and pancit. So we expected a quick order a pay and go situation but it took them 30 mins to finish our order.
Waiting: kami pa yung nadamay sa order. We had to wait and even complained but the cashiers didn’t respond. But the grab drivers waiting outside agreed with us also that it took long for them to get their deiveries.
The inside wasn’t even full or had tons of people so I don’t know why it took long.

Had to go to store only to find out their system isn't working or down says the manager. This is the 2nd time I experienced this from this store. First was they didn't see that we ordered online to pick up, thus nothing was prepared. Either the management of this store isn't addressing the problem , or Jollibee should just unlist this store from the app and online store choices.
After processing my food, they didn't give me receipt, the lid of honey for pancake was not fully closed and spilled in the plastic, and suddenly the app updated itself after I left the store.
