I had a very disappointing experience at a Starbucks in the Philippines. I spent a lot of money buying a ceramic cup, and I was given two free vouchers. However, when I tried to use them at this Starbucks location, I was rejected twice. I then noticed that a lot of my drinks will smell like a DIRTY RAG. Makes me think of all the hundreds of orders of milk and spilled coffee that has passed through the rag and if they are using high quality detergent or do they even use a new one every day? This isn't the only Starbucks that does this. It seems like it is protocol for all of them because all of their cold drinks will have that same bad smell...
