Burger King - Clark Center (Drive Thru) — Restaurant in Mabalacat

On 16 June 2021/Wednesday lunch, I ordered at the drive-thru and handed my senior id for discount to the lady then she instructed me to park next to the main entrance and wait for my orders. After 5 minutes of wait the security guard was kind enough to give our orders, receipt, & change in a box. While driving back to Angeles City for our appointment my wife noticed I was not given back my senior id. Could not return same day to get it but the following day, 17 June 2021 about 9:30 am we returned to BK Clark Center Berthaphil Compound Zone Philippines. I walked inside and met with BK Staff, presented the 2 receipts then asked for my Senior ID card back. Two of them went back by the drive thru window After 2 minutes of looking they handed me my Senior ID card. I was waiting for any reaction but did not get one. Before I left I have to express my disappointment why I have to wait for 5 minutes yesterday only for BK Clark to hold on with my Senior ID and have to drive back all the way from Angeles City. Price: Whopper meal is P269. (Slightly cheaper compared to other countries.)

Staff Attitude: The staff seemed quite slow and unprofessional. I ordered a Whopper meal, but they gave me a coffee instead. I clearly said dine-in, but they packed it for takeout. It also took 20 minutes to get my burger. Is this really fast food?

Food: The fries portion was extremely small—barely around 10 pieces. In other countries, you get much more. The Coke was almost flat, like drinking sugary water. The Whopper itself was okay, but the vegetables didn’t look fresh. It had only a tiny slice of tomato.

The food quality is superb. I ordered Whopper meal with 2 Brewed Coffee to go. The coffee is excellent. The place is cozy. The service is fast. The crews are accommodating. The atmosphere inside the establishment is more relaxing & tidy compared to other fast food restaurants. I recommend the BK Whopper and brewed coffee. The coffee is freshly brewed and the taste is very good yet affordable. It is Php 50.00 per cup. There is plenty of parking space and it is free. The place is peaceful...
