While driving around Clark Parks and Recreation, I stopped by at Starbucks to get a coffee booster to start the day. It was surprisingly crowded early morning. Safety protocols were in place before entering this small store. There's an al fresco dining setup as well. Since I just made a quick stop to go elsewhere, time was of the essence. The service was great and the staff was courteous to customers. Even the security guard was helpful. There may be nothing noteworthy about the interiors, it's a typical Starbucks look. But for a quick coffee fix or an on the go stopover, this place is great.

The staff prioritized later orders over ours, making me wait and stand there by their counter for almost an hour. I had to follow up my order before they would even know it was not served yet. No system at all. The staff for sure noticed me standing there for so long but no one even asked me if my order has been given already. When the drinks were given, the staff had no explanations or apologies. I suggest the people assigned preparing and giving out the drinks today (September 26, 2024 2:30PM) undergo more training, implement a system on preparing the drinks, and revisit their company’s customer service policies.

I was expecting this branch is better since its located inside clark. Good points: One thing You will appreciate with starbucks is their consistency with their coffee and other products they are selling. The Crew are all very accommodating. The veranda is the best part of this outlet. The Area is clean all the way to the rest room. Opportunities: No parking for motorcycles, rest room is clean but It did not smell good. You can see some furnitures that has faded color and some and parts of building walls and ceiling have cracked paint.

This Starbucks branch is just the same as the other branches. Baristas are courteous and jolly, the shop is neat and clean, they clean up the tables just right after customers leave, coffee is good, the store smells so good (as always), parking is not a problem. But somehow, since the shop is a bit small, the place is noisy, especially when all tables are occupied. Not a big issue though, but you can compare it with other branches if we are more particular with the quietness of the place. Again, not a big issue.

Convenient location. Limited parking. It is full most of the time. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The service is FAST. This is one of the busiest stores in the Clark area, and the staff just kill it. Once, they got my order of 4 drinks in 5 minutes. A lot of people who come here just do takeaway. The store is almost always full. Seating is an issue, especially on holidays. It is less busy around 7 am. You can always check the trend on Google Maps. Check it out.
