ArmyNavy Burger + Burrito — Restaurant in Makati

I saw something on my food. 🤮 I posted about the bulBURRITO experience 🤢🤮 and got too much attention online because I got my burrito via Foodpanda with a “thick hair strand.” Good thing foodpanda was willing to refund it as it was clear from the photo I took as evidence of a gross and mishandling of food. I first raised the matter on their IG page but they just keep insisting to get my number which I really didn’t want for privacy reasons and I said they can just reach out to me via DM. Then they never cared. Totally got ignored. Then commented on their Facebook post with my bul-burrito. And got their attention. They again asked and insisted to get my details. They sent me a text apologising as a form of compensation, they will give me FREE ICED TEA ON MY NEXT ORDER. Yes NEXT ORDER. And a free iced tea. 😂 Wow. Just wow. I’m not really asking to be “compensated” could have at least told me what happened and what was that thing on my burrito. And would you think I would try eating your food again? Ate there one Sunday with my family. We ordered Bully Burger, Cheese Quesadilla, Chicken wings with honey mustard and parmesan cheese, and Chipotle Chicken Burger. Food was amazing. I'm personally a burger boy so I was very happy with the huge burger, only problem was it was so thick with 3 patties I ended up giving half of the third patty to my dog because my jaw was starting to hurt. The chicken wings were great but I preferred the honey mustard over the parmesan. BTW we also ordered 2 liters of their Libertea. It was nice but slightly too bitter for my taste. Overall Food was excellent. I have no complaints about the service except that the order took slightly too long to ber served. In fairness they served it to us and not make us get it ourselves because we had to stay outside where we couldn't hear our number being called. Nt biggest complaint is that they don't allow pets in store so we had to sit outside with our dog which was not under the sun but still hot. So atmosphere takes a big hit for me only because of no indoor airconditioning...

ArmyNavy offer an upmarket fast food dining experience. They suggest that they use fresh or best quality ingredients and that this is the reason for the extra waiting time, and for the most part I agree.

The burgers are decent quality and befitting of the premium price tag and there are some more affordable items on the menu.

That being said I dont really like thier pricing model or approach to texmex food.

This location is pretty good overall, it's clean the staff are friendly, it has parking, it is well lit and the staff seem to be on the ball. - but that doesn't mean it's fast food.

I give then the benifit of the doubt, perhaps it is the volume of orders they get for delivery that causes the hold up but it can get pretty excessive if you come during the lunchtime rush. Admittedly I will usually pass this place up because of the potential of extended...
