Got to know about this superb Turkish stall located at Arkipelago along Bagtikan St in San Antonio Village, Makati through our Spanish guest who frequents this place with his Spanish friends because of the amiable and accommodating owner-chef of this Turkish resto, Emrah.
My verdict:
Food - delicious and good value for money, 5*. We got the Kofte Rice Meal (₱280) which came with a side salad as well. There were at least 6 scrumptious and well-flavored meatballs that were the star of the dish. It went well with rice and this was supposedly done for the Filipino clientele. Turkish and European guests would rather have Kofte with a bigger salad or with pita bread. We also had the Pita Meal with Fries and beer (₱280 + 30-beer). It was a given that this would be good because Kofte with salad especially enveloped in a pita is a winner. Moreso, the tactile sensation of actually holding it. The surprise was the quality and fabulous crisp of the fries, not greasy or oily as in some fastfood joints. We ordered the Mediterranean Salad with Feta (₱200) which was good but on hindsight we shouldn't have gotten it anymore because our dishes came with side salads.
Service - knowledgeable and accommodating, 5*
Location - typical food center, no aircon, could get really warm except for the presence of electric fans, if you're not familiar with the area it's easy to miss. Good thing there is Waze or Google Maps, 4*
Parking - there is a parking area just next to the complex but it easily gets filled. Bagtikan being a one-way busy street, parking is prohibited. It is better to park on Guijo or Sacred...

Evet Köfte is an absolute gem in Makati, offering an authentic Turkish dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived there before, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be a delightful meal. The standout dish for me was the Kofte Salad Meal, the meatballs were tender, bursting with flavor, and perfectly complemented by the crisp Fries. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and packed with authentic Turkish spices.
What truly elevates this restaurant is the exceptional hospitality. Chef Emrah’s friendliness and genuine passion for his craft shine through in every interaction. He makes you feel like a guest in his own home, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience. While the restaurant’s setup is simple and unpretentious, it mirrors the charm of traditional Turkish street dining. Evet Köfte is a testament to how good food and heartfelt service can create an extraordinary dining, take out and delivery experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Turkish cuisine in the city. Lezzetli, sulu ve mükemmel baharatlı! Evet Köfte’nin her lokması tam bir lezzet şöleni. Read moreEvet Köfte in Poblacion is exactly what the neighborhood needed! We first discovered them at Legazpi Sunday Market, drawn in by the owner’s charisma and insanely good köfte. Now in Poblacion (previously in San Antonio), they’re serving the ultimate before-and-after-drinks food.
I ordered their Köfte Rice Meal first—perfectly spiced meatballs with fragrant rice—but the owner, in his usual generous spirit, insisted we try his take on the Turkish “wet burger.” A juicy, spice-packed patty drenched in rich tomato sauce, it’s the perfect match for a cold Corona or Sangria. Whether you’re craving something bold before a night out or a satisfying cure after drinking, Evet Köfte delivers.
This spot is an instant classic! Live long Evet Köfte!...
