Luckily came to eat here with a large group, so we managed to try out a lot of items from the menu which was stacked with fusion and Modern Filipino dishes. Happy to report that we weren't disappointed by a single one. The standout appetizer was the dinuckdakan, which was a really creative mix of duck breast, fried egg and duck skin that had the texture of crispy sisig but with a cleaner, less greasy taste. The scotch egg (good for 2) and the bang bang (make sure you can handle the spiciness) weren't far behind in quality. For the mains, the duck confit was my favorite - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside - but the rest weren't far behind. The lamb shank, beef salpicao, and pork belly were all flavorful and presented well, while the laing had a great kick. I would order any of these as a solo main if you're not sharing dishes. Cocktails were great as well - I had a negroni while others ordered their signature cocktails which featured Filipino liquor like Don Papa and local ingredients like ube and pandan. We finished off with the tres leches cake (very light and balanced) and the yema't tsokolate, another fusion dish that was a wonderful mix of the sweetness of condensed milk and the bitterness of dark chocolate. This is one of my new favorite restaurants in Manila, and deserving of all the awards they've won since they opened!

The last time I visited was for drinks only (cocktails were great) and we couldn’t get any seats and that’s how popular it was so I decided to come for a proper dinner with a booking next time which is this. As a foreigner, I’d be honest that lots of words on the menu made no sense to me so I did quite a bit of Google plus some help from my local friends to get what’s what prior coming here. The concept is common Filipino food with a modern twist so expect a lot of names of the local dishes. The food was delicious! All the dishes we’ve got were very well prepared. All the entree/appetisers were yum! Rice cups was one of my fav. I thought all the cups were the same but they weren’t! There’re two different cups. Even the chicken breast which I wouldn’t usually order was amazingly tender and well cooked. Btw. the size of Main dish was pretty generous. The night ended with a perfect mango tres leches. My company wasnt the most adventurous foodies (Aussie). However, even they said they’d come back again and safely recommend more western friends.

Nice and friendly staff. But a bit disappointing that they made us sit outside despite the fact that we made reservation 3 days in advance. There were empty tables inside, but they did not let us have them. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, but under the hot summer weather, my makeup was ruined. Their menu was not helpful as not much descriptions were given, and no photos either. We do not know what to expect when we ordered the food. Food turned out to be alright, but not really French. It's more like Filipino fusion. I find some of the food were a bit sweet and oily. Rice cups was interesting. The dipping sauce went well with the dish as it cuts out the greasiness. Highly recommend the Dinuckdakan (duck sisig). It was nice and unique, but a little oily too. The Tanigue was nicely done. Unfortunately, the pork was not as good. The skin was a little tough and hard. We also ordered a bottle of Chandon Delice. It was perfect.
