The NOT Fun Roof!
We arrived 6:50 PM and the guard downstairs told us they will accept us right on the time of our reservation which is 7 PM. No problem with that. He asked for government IDs from each of us. At that moment I only brought my company ID. He said he would accept a photo of my ID long as it's government but we still need to wait 10 minutes more to be accommodated. So we did. I showed him a photo of my postal ID and UMID next to each other. He complained and said he needs a physical ID. I reiterated to him that he mentioned photos are fine, then he said it should be a passport. That's when I slightly raised a voice and said, "Aren't these government IDs?? You said a photo of government ID. Here, I have two." -- Side note, I have a photo of my passport but it was just infuriating he won't accept any of the photos of my government IDs which HE REQUESTED the first place.
We reserved a table for 4 and fully paid for it prior the visit. I expected that our table and seats would be ready the time we arrive but no. The bouncer guarding the door at that moment said they will just have to clear out some space. We waited for 10 more minutes. When we got in the indoor space, it was so crowded and people were still sitting and eating on our table. I asked a staff where we could sit and he checked our receipt. He said he will just need to clear the table by which he had to tell the customers sitting to transfer to another table. I feel sorry for them but we also thought we would be seated right away on the table we reserved.
MORE waiting. My colleague asked the waitress/staff behind me who was cleaning at that moment if she could get our order. She told us to wait. She didn't come back. 10 minutes later, I was eyeing one of the staff (male wearing eye glasses) to get our order but every time we make eye contact, he would walk away. He wasn't doing anything by then, was just observing and standing on one spot. Maybe he was the manager? idk. When one of my colleague finally raised his arm to get order, he walked away and asked someone else to do it. I'm confused because he was taking orders from other tables (with relatively bigger crowd) but he wouldn't take ours.
After almost AN HOUR of waiting, we got our drinks which we finished within just 20 minutes. We had to wait for another 30 minutes for our first batch of pizza to arrive. ALL OF US WERE SO HUNGRY AND ANGRY already because it took so many follow ups for them to give the food we already paid for! Imagine, our orders were taken around 7:40 PM and they arrived 9 PM. Finally, after few MORE minutes and follow ups, the last batch of pizza and chicken tenders arrived. We even waited longer than we ate! LOL
We billed out right after we ate and went straight to the cashier because we didn't want to wait again. We had to pay Php 500+ more on top of the consumable payment we fully paid upon reservation.
The foods and drinks are very pricey and they ask for service charge on top of that which is funny because they give such a BAD SERVICE. Although kuddos only to that ONE staff who took our order (the guy that the male guy with eye glasses talked to attend us) and prepared our table for us and followed up on our food when he saw that our table was still empty.
Honestly, the rest of the staff were giving FEELINGERO vibes lol.
EDIT: THE VIBE WAS OKAY. THE FOOD WAS OKAY. The service just really...
Read moreDisappointing on so many levels. Let’s go through just some of them.
The cover charge is 500 pesos which is expensive but comes with a free “drink” and a free “game”.
However, the free drink selection is junk. You may only choose from two choices: a rum and coke or a gin and tonic, both of which will come in a flimsy paper cup. Your free drink ticket cannot be redeemed at the nicer indoor bar but only on the outdoor picnic table sized one.
Your free game also has restrictions. You can’t play the fun looking batting cages or putt putt course. Your free game is only good for the basketball game, which by the way doesn’t even keep score of how many shots you make. It’s basically a basket where the attendant times you off their own phone.
Back to the nicer indoor bar, it had a pretty interesting selection of cocktails that I wanted to try. However, when I ordered one, the waitress told me that they were out of it. She also mentioned they couldn’t make several other drinks on their menu because they were out of ingredients for those too. Out of a drink list of about 8-9 drinks, they could only actually make 4 of them. Fine, no nice cocktails for us.
Let’s just hang out and enjoy our paper cup drinks. There were a variety of tables all around the roof- except you can’t actually sit at them as they all have been reserved. If you don’t have a table reservation, you basically have no space to stand or hang out. Don’t even think about having a place to put your drink down anywhere.
At this point, we just wanted to play some of the other games to make the best of the poor experience. We were told we needed to buy game tickets at the cashiers window back downstairs. Ok then, back downstairs we go. The stairs were so slippery that we literally slipped and almost fell down them. Those stairs are honestly scary dangerous. I’m just glad we didn’t get hurt.
Overpriced entry. Bad drink options. Out of lots of menu items. Dangerous stairs… there was more but honestly at this point I’d rather just forget...

🎤 POV: You paid ₱1,000 for Unli Play and Unli Cocktails… or so you thought.
“So overall? We’re glad we tried it. But if I had to sum it up in one word: kulang.”
⏰ Got there around 8:30 p.m. — They said Unli Play + Drinks starts at 9. So we waited. Pero habang naghihintay…
🍔 We got hungry — ordered food. We can’t drink on an empty stomach. ✅ The birria taco? 10/10, would go back just for that. ✅ The fries? Flavored, battered, crispy—solid. ❌ The sliders? …bland. As in, after eating, si air literally said: “we have to go to McDo tayo after.” LOL
🧊 Now let’s talk ambiance. It’s a rooftop—so yes, mainit. Kulang sa fans. As in legit pawis-pawis ka while trying to “enjoy.” Had to request to be seated near a fan. Also: kulang sa staff. May laro ka nga, but you’re waiting for it kasi only one attendant handles certain games.
🏀 Some machines were down (looking at you, basketball machine 🥲). 🎯 No darts. No arcade. Sayang. Kulang. Could’ve made the place so much more fun and engaging… daming folks who are just sitting and just on their phones.
🍹 Now the “Unli Cocktails” part… Don’t expect mojitos or cosmopolitans. It’s alcoholic slushies, guys. You get a tiny light-up shot glass upon entry—cute, but yeah… don’t get me wrong, the slushiest are strong. That at latest. Don’t get your hopes too high on variety though - di kasama ang margarita, etc.
👀 The staff were friendly though! They checked in often. That, we appreciate. 🙌
📌 FINAL THOUGHTS: It’s fun for the concept. The food has its moments. The staff are nice. But if you’re expecting a whole night of full-on games + great drinks + solid food — kulang talaga. You can stay for 2 hours but. 1.5 hours because of the heat and the lack of activities. Pro tip: Eat dinner before you go, and manage your expectations.
💸 Still ₱1,000 per head. ✅ You might enjoy it more if you’re with a big group and low maintenance sa food and games. 👎 But if you’re after quality and quantity… not...
