Bulalo was a dismal failure! The beef was hard when it was served and the soup was not that hot. Had to call the staff attention and he brought it back to the kitchen. I thought they are going to re-cook using a pressure cooker. When it was returned with added soup, the beef wasn’t still tender! The staff commented that it is such because of the litid.

I should have gone to Kuya J’s except their roast chicken is not available. So I said I’d just have spring chicken.

Is Max’s unaware that pressure cooker has been invented a long time ago!

Please improve this dish offering! Kahit yung may matibay na mga ngipin, mapapagod nguyain ang beef...

First time here at Walmart Makati. I usually love getting chicken from Max’s, but my last order was a real letdown. The chicken wasn't crispy like it normally is; it was kind of soggy and way too oily. It felt like it hadn't been cooked properly.

This was the first time I've had this problem, and I was pretty disappointed. I tried asking the staff about it, but they just smirked, which wasn't helpful or professional at all.

Overall, the quality of the chicken was poor, and the staff's reaction made the experience even worse. I hope this was just a one-time thing, but I'm hesitant to order the chicken again anytime soon at...

Max restaurant is one of my favorite foodchain, but i was so disappointed with some waiters & the management about their personal hygiene .they dont have soap in their lavatory near the toilet. I asked the 2 waiters setting near in that area that there is no more soap for sanitizing my hand, they just look at me and ignored! I asked 3 more waiters and told me bumili pa daw! What? The management dont know the importance of soap which plays an important rule for personal hygiene lalo na saxmga staff na gumagamit din ng toliet na yan?...
