McDonald's — Restaurant in Makati

One of the more disappointing branches of McDonald's. Ate here several times already and was consistently met with poor service. There are times that there will be no cashiers or staff attending to the counter even when there are a lot of people lined up. The last time i ate here, the cashier was too tired (or too lazy) to void an item on my order (she punched in the wrong item) and was already asking me for payment without fixing the order on the POS. I dont mind paying the extra 20 pesos to get my order right, but i need it to display correctly on the display so i get the right receipt. Also so im sure theyll give me the right order. She didnt void the wrong item until i clarified why she was not voiding it. It took her a while too. While she was taking her time to void the item another staff already prepared the wrong item that she was supposed to void. (poor kuya) Then after the order was rectified and displayed the right amount, i paid for it, then asked for my receipt. There seemed to be some trouble with their printer so they told me theyll just bring it to me after. Was not surprised that even after finishing my meal and even hanging out for a bit longer, nobody approached me to give me my receipt. Didnt ask for it anymore either coz i was trying to be considerate with the long lines already pooled at the cashier area. Think this branch is understaffed or the staff here are not as well trained as others. Lords of the McDonald's franchise chain...

I was heading to Guadalupe to do some groceries and wanted to eat breakfast before at McDonald's. To my surprise the old one was not there anymore very close to the MRT station. But it was replaced by a much better one a bit further down. First impression, very clean and modern. Ordered at the touch screens and paid via card. All now problem and very smooth. I ordered my favorite breakfast, hot cakes with coffee. It was prepared very quickly to my satisfaction. I went upstairs to eat. I must admit, hot cakes in the Philippines McDonald's are the best I have eaten. The coffee was solid and had the perfect temperature like the hot cakes. I have experienced many times that both were just too cold. Not in this case. The only thing I always miss are knives to cut the hot cakes. POOR SERVICES, due to not adopting new technology of punching order machine and lack of assembler station, I highly recommend to upgrade the counter station seperated in assembler stations like other NEW DEVELOP MCDONALD to elliminate iirate client and proper taking order, if you choose to not UPGRADE THE SERVICES YOU OFFERED you will faces more consequence and that is LOSSING MORE INCOME and will lessen the integrity of MCDO in fast services offerred because it will mark in you costumers mind that MCDONALD IN GUADALUPE has poor services and slow taking orders it will not called FAST FOOD rather SLOW FOOD TAKER😢 take initiative to adopt the latest innovations for your higher income.
