Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Makati

Before I left Makati in January I Went back and ordered a Stuffed Crust Supreme. It was really good. Continued to return about 12 more times for the same pizza and each time it was good.

Had to lower my review. Original is below however I have gone there 2 more times in the past month and both have been lacking. Those times I ordered a personal supreme and the other was a regular pepperoni pizza both were take out. Both pizzas seemed have a very minimal amount of cheese. I added a picture of the pepperoni pizza below. It appears you may get better pizza dining in the getting takeout.

I have eaten lunch twice here. Both times I dined in. 1st was a personal supreme pizza and 2nd I got wild and tried the Mexican rice bowl. Both times the food was good. Didn't personally care for the Mexican rice bowl dressing that's added on top but that's just my personal taste preference. Each time I entered the staff were welcoming and the store was clean. The server took my order quickly and my food was served hot. It's Pizza Hut so there's not much else to say. I will eat here again when...

Poor service and customer interaction. The food they served at this branch were leagues away from what Pizza Hut originally serves and made it seem as though they were not using enough of the intended ingredients in each dish. The soup did not have cream, the chicken was bland and dry, the pizza was mostly bread and not a lot of sauce, cheese, and toppings, also most of what was in their menu was not available, no salads, no RICE, even ICE was not available, how do you intend to run your restaurant properly without rice or even ice? And the cherry on top is, they don't really clean their floors, even dropped utensils from previous customers...

i ordered delivery on this branch a days ago, the recieving time is around 45minutes but the deliveryman arrived very fast and the pizza is so hot and fresh.. my delivery experience on this branch is so remarkable and awesome.. i will oreder again on this branch. keep up the good work for this branch and to all the staff and their management team, good job highly reccomend...
