I strongly believe that the reviews on this place paid for there are roaches in the rooms when u turn the lights off they crawl on the beds , Their Wi-Fi is horrible. It cuts in and out. It took me three days to upload footage to send to my client. I complained about it multiple times when they finally fixed it. It was very slow. I hate this stay, it caused me discomfort because I'm a smoker and there was an option to choose "smoking" on the mobile app yet when I checked in, it was strictly s NON-SMOKING INN. I was forced to wear my shoes back on my boxers everytime I wanted to smoke outside the hotel, no slippers provided. I hate that stay. Uncomfortable non smoking hotel for a smoker like me because of AGODA's app. It has an option to avail a smoking room, unfortunately the whole inn is a non smoking place. I need to ho outside to smoke with my boxers and shoes. No slippers. Free drinking water from a very cheap non cooling dispenser.
