Century Spire Office — Local services in Makati

The room is nicecly sized with a huge refrigerator. I deduct 1 star for no available wifi to use. Consider that any cheap backpacker hostel in Manila will offer Wi-Fi to its clientele but not this so called high end establishment. They told me to contact Agoda for wifi info? Since when does Agoda furnish Wi-Fi passwords to any hotel?

Also, every room has a cockroach problem. Yet instead of spraying bug killer underneath the kitchen cabinets where the roaches live, they use Roach traps which are less efficient. I asked the front desk person for a late checkout and was denied. I was told to contact Agoda for late checkout requests? Why would the customer service person in Agoda be responsible for authorizing late check out in a country halfway around the world from themselves? Speaking of which, 5 minutes after the 12pm check out time, the cleaning lady shows up and knocks on your door!

NO, I would not stay again. The only selling point is the fitness center and pool. But the workers at Century Spire won't take responsibility for anything related to your room or stay. I tried to contact Agoda but couldn't because I had no wifi. Go figure!

This could have been an outstanding value, but instead devolved to mediocrity.

There's an outside patio area next to the Century Spire Lobby where workers or locals like to take their lunch breaks. None of the people I have seen congregating here even live at Century Spire. The cats ltend to hang out in the cooler evening weather. Drop by to give the cats some food and a scratch behind the ears as that's the only thing that makes this place worthwhile. In short, The Century Spire is no hotel, as there is no room service. It's more of a long stay accommodation for people working in Manila or Makati.
