Jollibee Reposo — Restaurant in Makati

Very disappointing experience, we order Kiddie Meal and a food for us parent to enjoy, which it takes too long for a order which is normal for a family to order. My breakfast didn't came with a coffee, we follow up and been inform there is no coffee, Kiddie toys was been verified to the cashier because as per the cashier it will not show on the receipt 🤔 all ghis confusion happen when the store is not busy. Kindly arrange your customer service and management need to be present all time, to be more focus on the customer service and satisfaction....

Hi good day.. But for me its not. 1st of all masaya ko bumibisita sa brach nyo every bumivisit ako sa office namin sa may taguig st. hindi pako nag breakfast at lunch kaya gutom na gutom nko.. Kaya ayun sa jollibee ko gusto kumain. At gusto ay chicken.masaya ko pumasok sa branch na to. Magaling bumati ang guard, yung mga. Cashier bumabati din. At masayahin, pero may isang cashier nka laglag ng baso, pinulot nya to ngunit hindi nilagay sa marumi. Inantay ko na yun ang kukunin nya para skin lalagyan ng inumin kung ice tea pero. Thanks hindi nmn. Pero, paanu kung nbgay ng ibang cashier sa iba?. Madumi. Na. But hindi yun ang concern ko.. Yung bloody nyonh chicken. Although pinapalitan kona. At parang ayaw pang palitan ng crew dinnig kasi hindi nmn daw masyado... So pinalitan..pag palit nya. Akala ko ok na, nag kamali ako.. Bloody parin.. Buti nlng gutom. Na gutom nako. Kaya tyinaga kona lng.. Pero. Di ako pwd kumain ng mga bloodyng food kasi nag mamaintenance ako ng gamot at ipinag bawal sakin ang mga malalansa. Ayun konti lng nakain ko. Diko na enjoy ngayun ang chicken sa branch na ito, regular customer ako. Ng jollibee sa ibat ibng branch. Naturn off ako sa nranasan ko dito. I hope dina maulit ito... Hindi ko. Papaabutin sa head office to kasi ok nmn ang mga. Staff yung product lng tlga... Thank you sna. Madouble check nyo pa ng maayus yung mga item...

This is the WORST Jollibee branch I’ve been to. Don’t even go here at all. They‘re rude to the customers. They always take way too long on orders, especially at night because they’re all dying to go home already. And they close 20-30 mins earlier than the said closing time because “the manager said so”. If they’re going to be inconsistent like this, why don’t they just...
