I am responding to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at your location on. While I generally appreciate the quality of food and service at Chow King, I feel it is necessary to bring this matter to your attention to ensure improvements in the future.
During my visit, I noticed an issue with the handling of my change. After despite completing my meal, I waited for my change to be returned. Despite a cumulative waiting time—including while dining and after as I waited for transportation—I did not receive my change. This was particularly surprising as the branch did not appear overly busy at the time. I had to come back from a cab ride while already along Buendia corner Pasong Tamo Streets.
What concerns me most is the apparent lack of attentiveness from your staff. While there weren’t many customers during my visit, I still had to follow, after my trip back. This experience has left me disappointed, as it does not align with the standards I associate with Chow King.
I understand that oversights can happen, and my intention is not to criticize but to encourage improvements in service. I kindly request a review of the situation, as well as steps to ensure this does not occur for other patrons.
