Worst Chowking branch i've ever transacted with, but sadly the nearest.
So many problems encountered here. Lack of Order, no Sauce for Chick n' Sauce, late delivery, etc. But i want to point out this 1 specific issue that triggered me to do this 1 star review.
I Ordered via Chowking delivery online last Aug. 9 Sat. at around 10:57 am, where their Online platform form gave us the ETA for 30-45mins. This should be for our office lunch at 12nn. Past 12nn, one staff who called himself as the Assistant Manager. called us and said, they are still looking for the Grab driver to deliver the order, in which I agree.
Comes 12:40pm, still, no food is coming. I tried to call that same person, the supposed Asst. Mgr., and the branch mobile numbers but no one is answering the Call. But during my call attempt, i have recieved a grab link saying, my order is OTW. It means they really only act, during my flood message and calls. The food arrived at 12:50pm.
I have reported them via Chowking CS. And an hour Later, they call, apologizing for the inconvenience. I accepted the apology, and they insist on sending us that same order, on Aug. 11, Monday, to compensate for the inconvenience they have made. I have said, that no need to send us the food, since we accepted the apology, But they still keep on insisting and insisting in which, again, i agree. 13 days later, no food came and no follow up call have been received.
May we ask what is the purpose of the call? is it just to address the issue and lift the possible sanction, at that time? and completely forget promises after days?

Main concerns: slow service and rude staff
I arrived at 7 p.m. on a Thursday, and there were only 3 people queuing up in the cashier. Yet somehow, it took around 25 mins. for someone to finally take in my order. Ang kukupad ng nasa cashier at nung manager. Tapos when they were taking my order, it took forever rin kasi they were distracted and doing other things.
It took even longer for my actual order to arrive. 7:00 ako dumating, around 7:45 ko pa nakuha yung order ko. And they got my freaking order wrong. So I kindly told them kasi baka napalit sa iba or mali at madeduct pa sa kanila. The staff did not even apologize, just grabbed the wrong order without addressing me. Tapos there I was, waiting for the correct order pero wala man lang tumawag sa akin sa pick-up counter or nagdala man lang ng food. So I had to go there myself to check if papalitan ba yung incorrect order ko. Nandoon na pala yung order. Hindi man lang naginform. The staff did not even glance my way. Noong tinanong ko, almost pabalang pang sinabi, "'Yan na po."
I understand if there are delays in services or if people make mistakes, lalo na kapag busy hours talaga. But the least you could do is to actually treat your paying customers with respect. 'Di naman need maging overly friendly. Just be respectful. That's basic customer service.
I'm never going back to this branch, and I'm telling all my peers too na 'wag na...
