McDonald's Starmall Shaw — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

I ordered for iced coffee, and they served me a very sweet coffee as if i was drinking caramelized sugar with a little bit of coffee. I was disgusted with my first few sips. 😖 i thought it was not just mixed properly so i tried to mix it but ugh it was really really sweet to the extent my throat aches. I think they have forgotten to put vanilla extract on the coffee so to make sure they put vanilla extract...

The place is quite spaceous. The crew I would say are just fine, not that great but not bad either. The servings of food is just the same as other branches as you'd expect. The only issue you might notice here is the 'not so good' ventilation. It is an open area to the main mall so expect that it is not cold there. It may feel a little bit hot if crowded, though...

I would like to extend my commendation to Liezel & her manager Riza/Liza for their excellent customer service. Every time I visit the store, my customer journey is exceptional. They exactly knew how to make their customers happy and fully satisfied. Kudos to both of you!
