Giligan's — Restaurant in Manila

Very slow service even though we came when they just opened. Almost an hour wait for two easy meals - sisig and chicken teriyaki. Chicken teriyaki was just a plate of burnt chicken pieces with a flavorless sauce. Server was not available unless we go to her directly. Heard a lot of laughter and joking around in their kitchen when I asked when our food will be served. Was told it will be in just a minute but we ended up waiting for another 10 mins. Lol.

Disappointing service, very underwhelming food. Sana sinabi nyo na puro sunog na balat ng manok yung chicken teriyaki para di ko na lang pinili 🤣 Didn't even get the free soup Kasi it seemed like the server was busy lounging around instead of looking out for customers. Gosh.

We've dined here so many times and it's annoying na we had to experience this given na the food here isn't even that good, just enough for quick bites since it's near my place. Mas maayos pa Yung service na narereceive namin before pag maraming customers as opposed to this morning na two tables lang yung need nyong i-serve.

Please do better. And don't forget to wipe your glass walls, medyo icky na. May amoy ipis din sa dining area so please...

Most of their menu's are for 4 persons and above.
