Poor customer service from this branch.
Ordered 2x in a week in Grab Food. All cancelled, no calls or chat received from this branch.
Ordered again this week. Manager (Ms. Ellie Calanlalay if I heard correctly) called, informing that there’s no stocks of our order and she will cancel our order.
We said to change the order to something else that they have and she replied that she can’t do that and she will be the one that will be followed since she is the manager. Very attitude, she keeps saying that she is the manager hence she will be followed, not the customer!
She also said that she cannot removed the item that we keep ordering that they don’t have stocks of from their menu in Grab (something that other branches was able to do as we don’t only order from 1 branch at a time, we also ordered from Kanlaon and SM San Lazaro branches a lot of times and these branches were able to remove items that are unavailable and they will also accommodate item change; they are also very apologetic due to the unavailability of certain items).
After a couple minutes of arguing, this manager finally agreed to replace the out of stock item to other items. We hesitated if we want to continue our order because she might do something bad with our food given her bad attitude, but we thought the cook is the one preparing the food, so we continued.
The order arrived and all chicken is very small in size. So, I think this is her revenge.

It was almost time for the delivery when they cancelled and I was so disappointed since this is not the first time they cancelled my order with the same circumstances. Will wait for most of the delivery time then they will cancel and if they miraculously comply to the orders, it will take at least an hour for one single meal. However, this never happens when we order from any other branch or even any other fast food chains, just from this branch. We just don't have a choice since this is the nearest...
