Hello, I hope you guys improve your service. Yesterday September 5, 2025 around 12nn my grandmother and father went there to eat after going to Quiapo Church. You guys told them to wait 30mins which is totally fine because they understand your struggle when it comes to serving and cooking the food. Then 1hour passed, you guys didn't even bother to follow up on your own (they asked you a couple times regarding the food you guys told them to wait), and that is where my grandma asked for a refund so they could just eat somewhere else. You guys said you can't cause it's already been paid? That is so frustrating. Since when have you refused to grant "refunds" to people? Not to mention some newcomers are getting their food right away, which makes me even more frustrated. How dare you do that? Hope you guys reflect on your service, and I know we won't make any difference, but we will never eat in this branch again. Thank you for serving them the food they bought, but please improve your service. Know your priorities and know what is urgent to not so urgent. Read moreBeen here once and will never come again. After attending a 4 PM Mass at Quiapo Church with my partner and our son, we decided to stop by this place despite the intense rain. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be rough and disappointing something we've just decided to laugh about in hindsight.
The customer service was terrible, to be blunt. There was poor management of orders, and we had to wait over an hour just to get our food. It was peak hours, yet the second floor was a disaster, cramped with very limited space and clearly unorganized.
Simple condiments like calamansi, chicken oil, and soy sauce were all self-service, which is not a problem in itself, but there was no clear signage or guidance. Meanwhile, some staff were just standing around in the corner, seemingly idle, while customers were clearly waiting.
To be fair, a few of the crew members were polite and helpful, but others were irritatingly inattentive and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Overall, the management was very poor, and this left a really bad impression on us.

Mother was very exhausted and we are all hungry at last we found a fast food chain just near church. It was a rough experience and we've just make laugh about it. Customer service is outright terrible, sorry for the word. Bad experience with the management of orders, slow and it took 40 mins for the order to arrive. It looks like a disaster on the third floor because of very limited spaces. Mom got so impatient and asked for the manager to refund the order. If I hadn't that my mom got so impatient that the order was served for us. Asking for extra rice, chicken oil and soy sauce is self service. Some employees were just hanging around in the corner, even though it is in peak hours.
