I ordered Super Meal A, Super Meal C, and a 2-pc Chickenjoy. I specifically requested thigh and breast parts, and the cashier asked me if it’s okay to wait 15–20 minutes. I agreed and patiently waited, but after 20 minutes, my order still came without the parts I requested. Very disappointing, because I waited longer expecting that they would get it right.
The food quality was also not up to Jollibee’s usual standard. The burger steak was very small, the fries serving was less than usual, and the chicken although crispy was a bit hard to bite. It really looked like the oil had not been filtered or changed properly.
What made the experience worse was the situation inside the store. There were children beggars, around 7–10 years old, going from table to table asking for food and even touching customers’ meals. Many customers felt uncomfortable, and some gave them money or food just to make them leave. While I feel sorry for the kids, management should not allow this inside the restaurant because it affects the dining experience of paying customers.
This is actually the first time I’ve ever written a complaint about Jollibee, but my experience here really disappointed me that’s why I felt I had to write this review. As someone who also works in the food industry, I know the importance of consistency, quality, and good customer service. Sadly, this branch fell short in all these areas.

My additional sides "Creamy Macaroni Soup" order take longer I expected as they commited on me they will bring/serve it to our table "28" but after we finish our foods I go down to ask 2nd follow up on the front Cashier Area and the Girl manager said that it's take more time 10 to 30 mins to prepare and the girl manager to ask me for refund if I cannot wait. I'll ask here if possible? Girl Manager, yes, possible. My response is to please refund it.
Why I'd face-off here, I want that additional "Creamy Macaroni Soup" I order to eat, but this store is not able to serve instead to take a refund.
