I went to this mang inasal branch morning, 8am after my errand in the same building, I ordered a simple order, and the counter told me so that the serving time is around 15 minutes, I ordered the food around 8:45am, I waited as per advised, I have no complaint with that as my order was being prepared @ the kitchen, I noticed that, after me in the queue, many have ordered food, so I look for vacant seat where I can settle and wait for my order. Upon waiting, I observed that people after me were receiving their respective orders, and I was offered a soup, and by the way it was served without any spoon so what I will do with it? I mean okay thanks for the soup, so, still I waited, maybe my order was on the way, and I waited till 9:15am, Note 9:15am! hello service ? What's up? all other people after me in the line Have received all their orders! still mine has not arrived!? an employee asked for my number, and I just stared at him to show how unsatisfied I was at that time, and by the way I have a number stick! displayed legibly! So why will they ask for a number!? for what?! So what I did is I requested for a refund, because I waited for 30 mins for just a chicken and a rice meal with a drink and it is not even unli-rice. Read moreOne of the worst Mang inasal experience, Here's why; For my 1 month of staying here in Morayta, one of my observation is the Atmosphere, Aircon is out of order, customers are not comfortable because it is hot inside because of the aircon is not cold enough. For food, its satisfactory, its just that i don't understand why the customers suppose to pick up the order, especially that i eat alone, i cannot leave my valuable things in the table unattended, well in my observation, the staff do nothing, talking to each other. There's one time that the staff didn't notice that I pick up the wrong order because of their ignorance. For the staff, its a disaster, they are not well organized, manage well by the manager, not trained and rude and lousy. One time one of the food panda rider is complaining because the customer is waiting for the order too long, they have arguement between the staff and the rider, another complain is that the rider take the wrong order so the rider need to go back to claim the right order which is not good because it will affect the performance of the rider, staff should double check that the order is correct. Read moreCashier misunderstood our order even though it was already written on paper, and only needed one revision when one order wasn’t available. To be fair, she reiterated it but was too fast for us to catch and so we just agreed relying on the fact that is was already on paper and only needed a simple change (PM1 to PM2).
We ordered 3 sprite but what came to us was an extremely watered down sprite! All 3 of them. I think they tried to work out what was left because apparently it’s already out of stock. They replaced it with gulaman.
Then, we waited so long for the barbecue. Had they said it needed waiting time, we would’ve ordered another item.
The air conditioner is barely blowing air.
I think the crew lacks coordination. Their minor disputes in the kitchen could be heard on our table.
The only redeeming qualities are there’s one kuya crew attentive enough to cater to us and Mang Inasal’s...
