service? the card payment is down.. so you gotta pay cash, via g-cash or bank transfer. I asked beforehand if they accept credit card, the man I asked went to where the socket is and looked at the plugged device (what they use for card payment) and said it is still offline.. kinda doubting it since before I approach him he had on his hand another device and were like putting battery in it or something? so is it really offline or just had a dead battery?

Anyway once I paid for our food, i got back to our seat and waited for our food, took them 24 minutes to get our orders prepared on the tray but here's the catch...

since we're dine-in its natural that our food might be a little expose especially when they only have one area for both the delivery pick up and the diners who would pick up their food when its ready. it's "rush hour", many food delivery drivers flock in front of the pick up area, I had been eye-ing the pick-up area on the 15 minute mark of waiting, thats when I saw a tray of food which I guess was our order already, still waiting to be called, 5 minutes passed and the crew just let it sit there, food getting colder by the minute and then a delivery driver, who is standing just in front of the tray, coughed! my eyes went wide after that.. I told my companion that if its our food I'm gonna make them change the exposed food and luck ain't on our side.. when they finally completed the order (btw they took them another 4 minutes or so to make an effing coke float xD and that's the last item needed to complete the order) they called our number and I immediately told them my concern regarding the exposed food, good thing they complied to my request about changing it because if not I'd really lose my sh*t right there

oh they also prioritize their online orders and delivery rather than the diners.

the only person I appreciate is their security guard.

oh by the way I had been given a ripped receipt xD

Location: Near PRC Morayta, good for travellers when having a quick bite. Located exactly in front of mcdo, so choose wisely.(3/5)

Service: To be honest I waited for her for about 3-5 minutes I guess before she came back to her station. No greetings, not even a smile for making me wait when in fact theres no one else at the counter except me 😂, just went straight ahead to my order. In addition, when I picked up my order and went back to my table, had to come back for tissue and had to look for where the spoon and forks are. It's not actually difficult to sometimes instruct. (2/5)

Food: food is great but come on, I ordered the most expensive rice meal on the menu because I was too hungry after the bus travel from Baguio just to get a small pack of rice, small plate of chicken and zinger; a small plastic of sauce, a not so full iced tea (I upgraded to medium because I was too thirsty). At least give some justice for what we pay for thats already like half of a minimum wage in Manila. This most specially when we have big stomachs 😂. (3/5)

Overall: Might not coming back, had enough of ordering the most expensive for the least satisfaction on fastfoods and restaurants 😂. (2.7/5)

Time: 06 SEPT 2024,...

Incompetent servers, we ordered at the kiosk because we wanted to take out our food. For a fast food place they have the slowest service. Their incompetent servers were so distracted because they were busy gossiping, that they got our orders wrong. When we got back to our condo, we rushed back to tell them what happened. And they tried to gaslight us by saying that our missing orders didn’t show up in their receipt, and since we had our own receipt with our complete order I am still thinking how that “magic” would...
