McDonald's TM Kalaw — Restaurant in Manila

I've been coming to this branch for three years since it's the only one near my office. Over time, I've ignored many issues, such as poor service, inadequate facilities, sanitation problems, and the condition of the toilets. However, today I can no longer overlook the security guard, who is supposed to ensure the safety of the store and its customers. Instead, he is frequently busy assisting at the counter or working inside the kitchen.

I had to stop eating my dinner just to ask a crew member to call the security guard on duty, who was inside the kitchen. Why is he always in there? Is his sole duty to assist in the back of house (BOH), or should he be ensuring the overall safety of the store—especially at the front, where many beggars and children harass customers?

It would be better not to hire security at all if customers can't expect him to be present to prevent beggars and children from entering the establishment. Instead, the store should consider hiring additional crew...

Super rude staff here. It was my first time in this country and first place I ate after a flight. My wife is filipion mind you. So we went here and I asked for 3 McMuffins. The guy said "You want number 3 meal?". I told him I meant 3 Egg McMuffins. He again was confused. I pointed and say I wanted 3 of the McMuffin sandwiches. So I pay and he gives me three of the number 3 meals. Which is 3 Egg McMuffins, 3 drinks and 3 other things.

I got annoyed and told my wife I wanted to complain but she said "Here we call it pieces. You needed to say you wanted 3 pieces of the McMuffin.". I thought that was ridiculous. 3 McMuffins means 3 McMuffins. Its not hard to understand. Last time I went...

I love McDo. But this branch gave me so much disappointment i've ever felt towards a food chain. Restroom is very clean. But its second time that i was served with low quality/wrong product. Its not my personality to complain. I'm usually considerate and patient. But its the second time. First is that the sprite i ordered before almost taste like water. Its a small matter that's why i let it slide. But then second one, today, i ordered chicken fillet ala king. And since the cashier was not paying attention she gave me 1 pc chicken. Its is already a wrong order but then the chicken's texture is as good as rubber. As if its a left over chicken reheated and recycle....
