Pancake House — Restaurant in Manila

The Pancake House branch inside the UST campus is a cozy spot, though the dining area does feel a little tight. The tables are set quite close to each other, so it can get a bit squeezy, especially during peak hours. That said, the food makes up for the limited space.

The pancakes are the highlight—soft, fluffy, and comforting, just as you’d expect from Pancake House. They’re simple but done really well, perfect for a sweet treat or even as a side to a savory meal. Another standout is the fried chicken. It’s crispy on the outside, tender inside, and what makes it interesting is the touch of calamansi flavor. The light sourness cuts through the richness of the fried chicken, making each bite more flavorful and less heavy.

Had the chance to visit this Pancake House branch because of my sister. Its located at the parking building of UST near the UST hospital.

Its one of the restos that aren't full that time. Might have price as a factor since meals here are quite expensive for a student.

Staff are nice and attentive. They will make sure to accommodate your requests. For example I ordered their 2 piece Pan Chicken Meal. I requested for Leg and Thigh and they were able to deliver.

Definitely one of the good to visit branches in Manila. Thanks UST...

Dec 2023: We ordered 2 pc Pan Chicken and Ham and Cheese Omelette. Food was served fast and it was delicious.

Jan 2024: We had a quick lunch before classes started...ordered House Set A and 2-pc Pan Chicken. Serving time is reasonable and food is freshly cooked.

Apr 2024: This is my fave go to resto for brunch every time I'm in UST.
