My colleagues and I were invited for brunch at this place. I was one of the first ones who placed my order. After 30 minutes I followed up for my order but apparently it was not punched. They offered to make another one for me since it was just a sandwich and they could do it fast for which I agreed. After 20 mins I followed up again and the cashier said “marami pa po kasi nauna sa inyo”. and I told her how could that be when they just forgot to punch my order. I asked nicely if I could put cinnamon on my coffee and she said “wala po kaming cinnamon” so I told her, “so ano nilalagay nyo sa horchata?” Which is my usual order. She said “wala na kami.” Then proceeded to make face. After me, an elderly guy (probably a patient) told her if he could get a tuna pie. He was looking at the pastries and not in line, and she said “teka lang po sir si ma’am muna (pertaining to the customer in front.)
