Probably won’t go back. We only enjoyed the atmosphere. Chic interiors and very well thought of. The food was okay, though expectedly overpriced. What I didn’t like was the staff.
We had a reservation through Eatigo. I’m not sure if it’s related to that but the staff and the manager were snobby and not accommodating. We had dinner at the El Atrio lounge and the staff there were super nice. We prepared to drink a lot at Ruby Wong’s, but by how the bar staff treated us, I didn’t want to stay any longer and waste more money. We ended up ordering just a few things. The ambience felt quite pretentious due to the preferencial treatment over paying customers. We asked about some details of the menu, and the manager talked to me like I was some five-year old who doesn’t know anything about alcohol, like it’s too expensive for me. We were celebrating a birthday so it was a bummer.

The bartenders are passionate about their craft. Cocktails are high quality and prepared with care. They're also able to make any cocktail you dream off.
Ambiance-wise, it's cozy, comfortable and more than Instagram-worthy. The Chinese interior design is done with a great attention to detail and style.
For a fun experience, enter the bar through the Hotel Lobby, through a hidden door behind a bookshelf. Not sure if I should've told you that secret (I'll be looking over my shoulder for Chinese secret agents to hunt me down for spoiling this secret entry).

When we arrived at the hidden door, a person from the hotel security prevented us from accessing, without consideration, despite the fact that I confirmed that I had booked.
Despite checking the reservation, no one was there to greet us.
