Wendy's - Dapitan — Restaurant in Manila

All Staff and Employee here at this Branch(Wendy's Dapitan) are accomodating and nice except for this one woman who works in front(Cashier). Her Name is "NIÑA LEYNES", MS. NIÑA LEYNES is very rude to Customers, she(MS. NIÑA LEYNES) doesn't show politeness or any glimpse of humility serving the Customers. I already bought fish sandwich at this branch(Wendy's Dapitan) multiple times and she(MS. NIÑA LEYNES) is the only rude staff/employee here. I suggest Mam/Sir that this WOMAN(MS. NIÑA LEYNES) must be TERMINATED! SHE IS NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE TO HER COLLEAGUE/CO-WORKERS. PLEASE! TERMINATE HER! MR./MS. MANAGER! PLEASE DO SOMETHING! YOU CAN'T CONDONE THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEE! IF YOU CAN'T TERMINATE HER, PLEASE, AT LEAST DO A DISCIPLINARY ACTION TOWARDS THIS RUDE...

I ate at Wendy's in SM City Manila and ordered a set of hamburger, fries and Coke. Fries were very good (newly cooked), Coke was very diluted it did not taste like Coke (tasted like something else but..)...and most importantly, the hamburger patty was very cold.

Furthermore, the dining area of Wendy's at that location had an open garbage bin within it, where the attendant would pour the diners' leftovers onto bio-degradable and non-biodegradable slots. Some dining tables are just three steps away from that open garbage bin.

Would one like to eat beside the open garbage bin? The city's hygiene officers must check this.

my ratings is based on my experience dining in in Wendy's SM City San Lazaro Branch, December 29, 2022 around 6pm, i was about to ask for a plastic bag to take home my chicken, when i was near at the releasing of food area, one of the store manager suddenly like a Snail, she hide quickly in their office room the moment i said please give me a plastic bag, pointed her lips to her fellow manager who is busy attending the orders, You can see on her face the rudeness and bad attitude, Also one bad thing is there is a charge for an extra gravy, while in other fastfood it is free , When it comes to food, it is super great, highlly...
