I visited this restaurant hoping for a decent meal, but the experience was frustrating. While the food was okay, the service was a complete mess. I placed my order at 12:20 PM, and by 1 PM, it still hadn’t arrived. There was no visible floor manager, and it was clear the staff wasn’t prepared for the lunch rush.

Despite the overwhelming number of pending orders, they continued accepting more without actually serving any. Even delivery riders were complaining about the long wait. Service was awful. Waited 15 minutes for someone to take our orders even though they were aware we were waiting - we were also the only customers ordering. After ordering, we waited 20 minutes.
