SLABHOUSE Cafe and Restaurant offers a decent dining experience with its large portions and tasty dishes. The standout dishes were the sinigang and sizzling sisig, both of which were well-prepared and delicious. The ulam dishes were also generous in size, making it a good value for money. However, the overall food quality was just okay. The restaurant's ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that's perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The service is prompt and attentive, with staff members who are polite and helpful. The menu offers a good selection of Filipino cuisine, and there are vegetarian options available as well. Overall, while the food at SLABHOUSE Cafe and Restaurant is not exceptional, it is still worth a visit, especially for those who appreciate large portions and good value for money. The sinigang and sizzling sisig are highly recommended, and the restaurant's friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make for an enjoyable dining experience.

I had a coffee and breakfast here, and overall, the atmosphere was really nice. It had a relaxed vibe that made for a comfortable start to the day. The food and coffee were great, exactly what I was hoping for. As for the staff, they were fine, but I couldn’t help but feel like they could’ve been a bit more welcoming. A smile wouldn’t hurt! Kidding, of course, but a little more warmth would definitely make the experience even better. :))

The Slabhouse, a popular eatery, got its name from its signature dish, the "slab," which is a hearty serving of grilled meat served with rice and vegetables. It also offers a variety of other dishes, including vegetarian options and it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has a cozy and rustic ambiance, with wooden interiors and outdoor seating areas that offer stunning views of the mountains.

Went there because we were curious to taste the "pinakamasarap" (most delicious) civet coffee.

Serve time took longer than usual, considering that we only ordered a cup and that there were no other customers.

I can say that I have tasted better civet coffees and I'd disagree with their claim to be the most delicious. Based on what I read, they do not prepare it using fresh grounds. Instead, it's prepared on a teabag. Probably why it took...
